insurance information
Out of Network Services
Bread and Roses Therapy does not accept insurance. Payment in full is due at the time of services provided. That said, we provide a superbill, or an itemized receipt, on the 1st of each month to be submitted to your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for more information.
